Add-Ons
Advanced Candidate Profiling - from €150
Most candidates prepare by practising answers. They rehearse scripts and hope for the best. But airlines do not hire based on rehearsed answers. They hire based on personality, behaviours, values, and how a candidate is likely to perform under pressure. This is precisely what professional psychometric tools are designed to reveal - and they are used in real recruitment environments every day.
As part of the Cabin Crew Preparation System, you can choose to complete one or both of the following assessments :
DISCflex Assessment - €150
Examines your communication style, team behaviour, and how you respond under pressure - all of which are directly relevant to how airlines assess candidates.
SOSIE Personality and Motivation Assessment - €250
A deeper profile covering your values, motivations, and interpersonal style, giving you a clear picture of how recruiters are likely to perceive you.
Bundle - both assessments - €320
Each assessment includes a comprehensive personalised report and a full debrief session. You will leave with a clear understanding of your natural strengths, your blind spots, and exactly how to present yourself authentically at an interview.
The difference this makes is straightforward : instead of hoping you say the right thing, you will know precisely how to position yourself.

Mock Interview Practice - €50 per session

Programmes are delivered one-to-one online and are tailored to your starting level.
