1. Organiser

2. The Competition
One participant will win a Career Clarity Intensive™, consisting of one 90-minute individual career coaching session with Gillian Cramb.
The competition is organised for promotional purposes and to introduce participants to the career coaching services offered by C&E HR Consultancy Services.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
The competition is open internationally, provided that the coaching session can be delivered online.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the designated competition form before the closing date.
Participants must provide a valid email address and answer the following question in no more than 50 words:
“If I could change one thing about my career right now, it would be…”
Late, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be excluded.
5. Selection of the Winner
One winner will be selected by the Organiser based on the relevance, authenticity and apparent suitability of their response for the Career Clarity Intensive™.
The winner will be contacted by email within 10 working days of the competition closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.
6. The Prize
The prize consists of:
One Career Clarity Intensive™ – a 90-minute individual career coaching session with Gillian Cramb.
The session will be delivered online or, subject to availability and prior agreement, in person.
The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
The prize must be used within 3 months of notification of the win.
7. Personal Data
Personal information provided through the competition form will be used by C&E HR Consultancy Services to administer the competition, contact participants and award the prize.
Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe participants to C&E Monthly or to any other marketing communications.
Any consent to receive marketing communications will be requested separately.
Participants have the rights provided under applicable data-protection legislation, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Article 2 – Objet du concours
Une personne participante remportera un Career Clarity Intensive™, comprenant une séance individuelle de coaching professionnel de 90 minutes avec Gillian Cramb.
Le concours est organisé à des fins promotionnelles et afin de permettre aux participants de découvrir les services de coaching professionnel proposés par C&E HR Consultancy Services.
Article 3 – Conditions de participation
Le concours est ouvert aux personnes physiques âgées de 18 ans ou plus.
La participation est gratuite et sans obligation d'achat.
Le concours est ouvert à l'international, sous réserve que la séance de coaching puisse être réalisée en ligne.
Une seule participation par personne est autorisée.
Article 4 – Modalités de participation
Pour participer, les participants doivent compléter le formulaire dédié au concours avant la date de clôture.
Les participants doivent fournir une adresse e-mail valide et répondre à la question suivante en 50 mots maximum :
« Si je pouvais changer une seule chose dans ma carrière aujourd’hui, ce serait… »
Les participations tardives, incomplètes ou frauduleuses pourront être exclues.
Article 5 – Désignation du gagnant
Un seul gagnant sera désigné par l'Organisatrice sur la base de la pertinence, de l'authenticité et de l'adéquation apparente de sa réponse avec le Career Clarity Intensive™.
Le gagnant sera contacté par e-mail dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrés suivant la date de clôture du concours.
En l'absence de réponse du gagnant dans un délai de 7 jours, l'Organisatrice se réserve le droit de désigner un autre gagnant.
Article 6 – Le lot
Le lot consiste en :
Un Career Clarity Intensive™ – une séance individuelle de coaching professionnel de 90 minutes avec Gillian Cramb.
La séance sera réalisée en ligne ou, sous réserve de disponibilité et d'un accord préalable, en présentiel.
Le lot est personnel au gagnant et ne peut être échangé contre sa valeur en espèces ni transféré à une autre personne.
Le lot devra être utilisé dans un délai de 3 mois à compter de la notification du gain.
Article 7 – Données personnelles
Les informations personnelles communiquées via le formulaire de participation seront utilisées par C&E HR Consultancy Services afin d'organiser le concours, de contacter les participants et d'attribuer le lot.
La participation au concours n'entraîne pas automatiquement l'inscription du participant à C&E Monthly ni à d'autres communications commerciales.
Tout consentement à recevoir des communications commerciales sera demandé séparément.
Les participants disposent des droits prévus par la réglementation applicable en matière de protection des données personnelles, notamment les droits d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement et d'opposition, conformément au RGPD.

Article 8 – Acceptation du règlement
La participation au concours implique l'acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.
L'Organisatrice se réserve le droit de modifier, reporter ou annuler le concours lorsque des circonstances indépendantes de sa volonté le rendent nécessaire.
